2023 has been such a busy year for Mountains and Treasures! It was our first full year in business and saw us releasing an entire range of wall art, calendars, greeting cards, post cards, stickers, and finally Christmas cards!
But Steve still had a little time to get some photography in! Here are some of the new wildlife and landscape images now available to order from the online store. We offer lustre paper, canvas and metal in sizes between 8×12″ to 40×60″. (For larger sizes, please contact us.)

The Boss in Snow
November seems to be a lucky month for running into The Boss! This image was taken a year after this one of him on the tracks. He definitely looks even heavier this November than last. It’s good to see him so healthy and doing well.
Valley of the Ten Peaks, Moraine Lake
The weather and lighting is constantly changing in the Rockies. It seems like you never have the same image twice, even of the same famous locations. Steve biked the road to Moraine Lake early in the morning to get this shot of the Valley of the Ten Peaks with fresh snow on the mountains and a crystal clear reflection in the water.
Young Wild Wolf
This is the second year now that the Bow Valley Wolves have made an appearance for the camera. This younger member of the pack is likely one of the pups from 2021 now matured into a beautiful young wolf.
Call of the Wild I and II
Catching a wolf howling has been a goal since the first time Steve came across the Bow Valley Wolves. It’s almost as though this young wolf wanted to put on a show for him and howled several times for its family. This image is available both in portrait format (as above) and landscape.
Lake Louise After a Fresh Snowfall
Lake Louise on a crisp, misty morning with fluffy marshmallow snow in the foreground. You can almost feel the chill in the air!
Moose Calf in the Frost
Moose are fairly rare in the Bow Valley, and they keep to themselves even more so than elk or bears. On this particular morning a bull, cow and calf moose were grazing in a frosty field. It took several hours for one of them to step into a clearing in the tall brush. The calf was especially curious and at one point came close enough to get a clear photo.
