Damages in Shipping
Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damages. If your item does arrive damaged, we will ask you to send photos to info@mountainsandtreasures.ca within 7 days of receiving it.
We will provide a replacement of the same product or a refund – your choice.
Returning Undamaged Prints
If you wish to return undamaged items, we will provide a refund less the shipping costs if you return them to us in saleable condition (with no signs of wear and tear) within 21 days of purchase.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order or change the shipping address, please e-mail us within 24 hours of purchase. Wall art and photography prints are made to order, so we are unable to cancel your order after we have sent it to the printer.
